Why Doors Come Off Track
Off-track movement can be connected to impact damage, cable problems, worn rollers, bent track sections, loose hardware, or uneven door balance. The cause should be identified before the door is reset.
Do Not Force The Door
Running the opener or manually pushing an unstable door can increase damage or cause the door to shift unexpectedly. Leave the door in place unless immediate safety requires the area to be secured.
Track And Roller Assessment
The inspection should consider track shape, mounting points, roller condition, hinges, cable position, and door alignment so the system can return to controlled travel.
Checking The Cause After Realignment
Simply putting a roller back in the track does not address why it came out. Correcting worn or damaged supporting components helps reduce the chance of repeat problems.
Share The Door Position When Booking
Tell us whether the door is open, closed, or stuck partway and whether any cable appears loose. This helps communicate the condition clearly before service.
